XI’AN XINDA ELECTRICAL FURNACE WORKS CO., LTD. . the corporation operates under its electric furnace factory (Xi’an Xinda Electric Furnace Plant), based on French SCCM Company and China Xinda Electric Furnace Works Company electric furnace techniques, with technical backbone experts from China Machinery Industry Ministry Electric Furnace Institute. In a collaboration with Shaanxi Heavy Machinery Factory, we have successfully established a large-scale electro-thermal equipment designs and manufacturing enterprise in China. On top of that, we are proud to be the appointed partner cum manufacturer by Russian Engineering Association (Electroterm) for the ultra-large submerged arc furnace production in Asia.

Our company mainly designs and manufactures electric thermos equipment, industrial furnaces and automation control equipment. Won numerous national technology patents and awards, our company has more than 30 electric furnace field’s experts and technicians besides the managerial and production employees more than 300 headcount. Approximates CNY16 millions fixed capital, 6,000 square meters plant could accommodate huge hoisting system up to 50 tons. Fully equipped with more than 60 rivet welding machine processing cold work equipments, including : B2020 model 6m double housing planners, C650 model lengthened lathes, 3m and 1.6m vertical lathes, T611 model horizontal boring machine, 80 rocker drill, 200t oil pressure machine, 20X2000 roller machine, 10X2000 steel plate-shearing machine. Specialized equipment used for electrical furnace production including: large-scale coil machine, coil paint-dipping and drying furnace, etc. Area of Test workshop specialized for Electric Thermos Equipment Cooling and Heat Testing plant is about 200m2, in which 100000V high voltage test, voltage-proof, large current test and 380V, 400KW load-bearing test.

Our company founder Mr. Tan Weihan is a renown expert in electrical furnace industry field, he is also a former senior engineer of China Machinery Industry Ministry Furnace Institute, former director of the Institute, one of the characters of Chinese Private Enterprises Outstanding Person, and China Electric Furnace experts. Tan has been awarded “Golden Bull Award” as Science and Technology Expert by China Association for Science and Technology, also won new product designing award on zirconia corundum smelting furnace; Appointed as Electric Furnace Technology representative of the French company SCCM; shareholder of Malaysia Magnlium Sdn. Bhd. ; shareholder of Malaysia Carlson M&E Industries Sdn Bhd; General Manager of Russia Electric Engineering Association Group, China and Russia International Large Electric Furnace Asia Region.
